Hi Everyone!
It’s been fun reading everyone’s letters. I’m
looking forward to next week. How the heck can
I sum up 30 years in a short letter?? I’m known
as the mouth of the south. I’ll try to make this
short.
Right after high school I married Lloyd & we
celebrate 30years in Oct. We spent 21 years in
the Air Force. We have lived in Hawaii,
Colorado, Florida, Germany, Mississippi, and
Texas & now are living in Chandler, AZ. Rita
Cope-Do you remember running into us in
Germany? We have one son, Joshua, age 21.
Josh just graduated with his associates with
honors & begins his educational degree with
NAU this fall. He’s a great kid, holds a black
belt in karate, and also teaches karate in his spare
time. He works & goes to school full time. Even
though he’s an only child, he’s not too spoiled.
I am a billing manager for an OMS surgeon. We
do anything from the neck up, inside & out, from
cosmetic surgery to dental implants. No, I haven’
t had any plastic surgery, yet!!
Lloyd is an engineer at Intel. He’s been there 10
years. We love to go camping in our motor home
with our three dogs! We had to hire a dog trainer
to come to the house & help even after an 8 week
course at “Pet Smart”. We have an Australian
Shepherd, Chow mix, and a Husky-German
Shepherd mix, which we believe to also be part
Wolfe. All three dogs are rescue dogs. Ok, so
much about the dogs.
We haven’t been back to Altus in about 12years.
Both my parents have passed away. We come to
OKC quite often. Most of our family lives there
now.
We plan to retire soon & move back to Texas or
Ok. We became big San Antonio Spurs fans,
while living in San Antonio and still are.
