HELLO-classmates of good ol' 1976-Where have all the years gone???  I hope
to see many of you this summer and talk about old times.

To get you caught up with my life, it won't take long!  I am still at Wilmes
Chevrolet, formerly Jim Click for all you old-timers, for the last 15 years and
have been sales manager for the last 7.  As most of you know the car business
has been wild, with many peaks and valleys as recent news about GM will
attest.  But thank God, our business in good old Altus America has been very
good.  I work with some great folks, including many alums such as Scott Madl,
Mike Abway and Mike Hurley.  After living in Dallas for a few years, I still really
enjoy the small town atmosphere of Altus.  Knowing everyone's kids, watching
them do things and grow up is a wonderful experience.

Speaking of kids, I have been blessed to have 2 of the most wonderful kids in
the world.  Amanda is in her 1st year of college.  She is attending UCO,
formerly Central State in Edmond,(again for you old timers) and plans on
becoming an elementary teacher.  I know, I have already talked to her about the
poverty level of becoming a teacher,  but she is set to follow her dream.  And I
know she will be an unbelievable teacher!  She follows in my footsteps as a
brain, LOL, being on the Dean's Honor Roll after her first semester.  She is our
sunshine and brightens up our whole home when she comes home.  She has so
much energy and is so much fun!!

Blake is the athlete I never was!!  He is a sophomore at AHS, (that's Altus High
School for some of you getting old timers) and has excelled in every sport he's
played.  As a sophomore QB he got the start in the Bulldogs first playoff game
this year against Guthrie.  Baseball is his sport and he is pumped about this
year's team which went to the State playoffs last year. He has played short,
2nd, catcher and pitcher.   Besides all that he is a great, great kid and my
buddy. You may have noticed he passed me by about 2" in height.  I don't know
where that comes from.

I am still married to Rhonda (formerly Patterson) for the last 22 wonderful
years.  She has been at the courthouse since 1990 so both of us are here to
stay.  As you can tell, our kids have been our lifes and happiness!!  Believe it or
not I still play the drums occasionally but now only on Sunday mornings in
church.  Rumors of Little Star getting back to together one more time are totally
false, ( I think!? Ask Timmy)
See you this summer!!!!!  Joe Stepanovich
